We need not do most activities more than once a day.
This includes phone calls.
This includes What’s App / Facebook.
This includes email.
This includes reviewing our day.
We complicate things by reviewing our life more than once a day.
We can usually streamline.
We all have different views.
Yet at the end of the day, we all want to be happy.
And we all want meaning.
We might realize…nothing or no one can give us lasting happiness.
Or lasting meaning.
We then commit our lives to the pursuit of the Divine.
The only pursuit that can bring lasting happiness or complete meaning.
Pain isn’t the cause of suffering.
“Indulging” in pain is the cause of suffering.
Pain itself is context fro growth.
Pain gives us clarity.
Pain gives us signs.
But when we indulge in the pain, we suffer.
“Indulge” is the right word.
We we revel in the pain, when we get lost in the pain.
When we get confused by the pain…that’s when we suffer.
Simple living is easy.
When we tune in to ourselves.
But even if we are not in tune.
We can focus, on, simply, where we are.
And what we’re doing.
What we’re feeling.
Breathing in, what we have.
Letting what comes next, come next…
Having fun isn’t the point of life.
It’s the side-effect of trying to live the best life possible.
We can have fun whatever we are going through.
That balancing act of trusting in the Divine,
and dealing with the various challenging life experiences.
Challenges are a plenty in life.
There is no end.
One after another.
The remedy is however simple.
Trust in Self.
Not in events…not in outcomes…but in Self.
Keeping an eye on what happens!
Beauty is always around.
Always besides us.
It’s not about critiquing the beauty.
It’s about realizing the beauty.
The interconnected, comforting, divine flow.
The dance of delight that springs forth when seen.
That all manifestation will express when lit up.
And all manifestation yearns to realize.
We often don’t need many words.
Many words not needed.
So many words just not always necessary.
Words that explain the same thing over again…over and over.
And over and over.
And over, again.
We repeat the same things.
Once again, once again.
As if we don’t trust.
Words have a place. Once uttered. Once realized.
Where you live is as important as why you live.
Not that we can control our physical circumstances.
But rather that where we live determines what we are working through.
What we are working through is what we should be working through.
The challenges the Divine has given us are represented in where we are.
Own where we are.
Date for the experience.
Date for the joy of living.
and of Connecting.
but…just not…for something to hold onto.
Everything else…but that.
Many of the times we feel down and out.
Out and out, down and out.
Like we are hitting rock bottom.
Like we have smashed up all our options.
Like there is nothing else left.
But…that’s the beautiful place.
As when we have hit the basement.
We are smashed open.
And good things can emerge.
